Our Flooring Process

CALL

Just fill out our easy online estimate form and we’ll be in touch or give us a call to speak directly with a customer service professional. We’ll ask a few questions and schedule a free in-home estimate.

ESTIMATE

Our estimator will arrive to your home or business to do all the necessary measuring and bring samples for you to begin to make selections. Then he will come back to our headquarters and work up the details, scope of the project and your cost estimate, which will be emailed to you.

INSTALL

Our seasoned installers are valued employees—not sub-contractors—and have undergone all the training for industry certifications. As soon as you decide to go ahead with the job, the same person who was your estimator will switch gears and become your project manager, checking in on your job site from beginning to end of your project to make sure we have exceeded your expectations.

Warranties and Guarantees

We fully honor all manufacturers’ warranties and offer an additional one-year warranty on all labor.

Flooring

BROADLOOM

You’ll find this traditional tufted carpet laid over carpet padding for a luxurious feel and cut to fit any room or hallway. Over the years, with advances in technology, carpet has become increasingly water-resistant and softer than ever.

CARPET TILE

Perfect for playrooms and basements, ultra-durable and highly resilient carpet tile is purchased in sections that can be mixed and matched and are easily and affordably replaceable. People like the look of creating custom area rugs with these tiles. We work with Interface, an industry leader in cutting edge design.

VINYL

Thanks to high definition photography to build the plank styles, new and advanced LVT vinyl plank flooring is more realistic than ever, effectively mimicking the look of hardwood, marble and granite. It’s waterproof, indestructible, and from an installation standpoint, simple to put in as it goes over the top of existing flooring.

HARDWOOD

People opt for real hardwood flooring in their homes because it’s beautiful and durable. They can stain it any color, and sand it down and re-stain it if their tastes change. Wider sized planks have become more popular over the years.

VCT

Vinyl Composite Tile is ceramic and comes in thin 12” by 12” tiles and is composed of a small amount of vinyl mixed with limestone or other materials. Along with LVT, it’s a great option for high-traffic areas that might experience moisture.

CERAMIC

Hands down one of the most durable types of flooring and tile, ceramic offers a hard, solid surface that does not hold onto dirt, dust, pollen or other allergens. It’s easy to clean and excellent for wet areas like bathrooms and laundry rooms. Larger format tiles are becoming more popular.

SHEET VINYL

Made with waterproof materials, sheet vinyl is the perfect option for water-prone areas of the home. Printed vinyl sheets have a clear layer that acts as a surface barrier, also protecting it from spills and stains. It’s lower cost and ease of installation make sheet vinyl a nice fit for larger-scale commercial jobs.

EPOXY APPLICATION

A specialty niche of ours, we can install epoxy flooring that is highly decorative, with glass-like to textured finishes and a variety of stain colors. Since it’s indestructible, it comes with a lifetime warranty.

The Benefits of Epoxy flooring

The demand for epoxy flooring has skyrocketed over the past several years for many reasons. Since they are seamless and liquid-tight, they are easy to clean, stain resistant and sustainable. Epoxy flooring also opens up a world of possibilities with decorative finishes and stain colors. It can be as smooth, glossy and reflective as glass, or rough like sandpaper, covered with colorful flecks or texturized to match different styles such as industrial to glamorous.

CONCRETE POLISHING

Whether outdoors or in, from pool surrounds to garages, basements and interior rooms, we can restore and refinish concrete for a highly decorative look.
